The Bundesliga club Freiburg might get Fabio da Silva on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season. Discussions have taken place and David Moyes is ready to let the left-back leave. The United manager is not worries as he has Alexander Büttner as cover for Patrice Evra in the position.
The fact that Moyes is willing to let Fabio leave could also mean that there are still hopes that there will be a temporary move for Fábio Coentrão, the Real Madrid left-back, even with resistance from the Spanish club.

Since the start of the season Manchester United have been wobbling and not looking as the same squad of last season that only lost 5 matches during the entire season.
David Moyes still has not found the magical formation and combination of players that can stop the team from dropping points.
Southampton and Cardiff City all managed to play rescue 1 point as they both battled it off against Manchester United and coming out with a draw which is a good result for both Cardiff and Southampton but the team guided by Moyes was expecting to do much more damage.

Many of the key issues in this coming Premiership season – but particularly the title race – are liable to be hard to put good bets on, because so many changes have taken place since the end of last season. The new managers, plus the absence of early transfer dealings, make it hard to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the two Manchester sides and Chelsea – although the bookies have put the Red Devils in the position of favourites, on 9/4 to retain their crown. Depending on how they do in the transfer market, some football betting fanatics may have an eye on Arsenal at 12/1, but they would need to match their managerial stability with marquee signings.
