CARDIFF TARGET FABIO

Cardiff City received news concerning their target of Manchester United, Fabio da Silva as the agent of the player Cassiano Pereira, said that he has not heard about his client leaving Manchester United and for the time being he will be staying in his current club.

"I don't know anything about these stories. I think they are just journalistic speculation. Today, I say that will remain in Manchester until the end of the season, but in summer it is very likely that they can leave." Pereira stated.

The Brazilian footballer has struggled to find any kind of playing time at Manchester United and during one of the few matches he came on to play as a substitute, he only lasted around 5 minutes after picking up a red card. It was only the 3rd appearance of Fabio of this season and the tackle he made against a player of Swansea City saw him making his way out of the pitch he had just entered some minutes ago.

Napoli, Inter Milan and Cardiff City are coming off to be some of the more likely options and destinations that Fabio has on making his switch to if indeed he sees his way out of Manchester United by the end of the current season.

Fabio da Silva spent the last season of the Premier League on a loan spell out of Manchester United as he played with QPR and making 23 appearances for all the competitions that QPR was participating in but the Brazilian failed to stop QPR from being relegated and now coming back to Manchester United. The Theatre of Dreams just does not look like it will be the place where he will be staying for a much longer period of time.
